Generative AI is clearly a useful tool for producing generic text, project ideas, and other content.

Although AI can help augment some tasks, at its current stage, the technology lacks specificity, uniqueness, experiential knowledge and people skills.

All these are needed to strategize how both internal and external content serves an organization’s goals, how content strategies ought to be implemented and managed, and how organizations can plan for the future.
